Thoroughly enjoyed central heating, a safe, and TV in the room. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus. Perfect location to the Santa Fe mall, all was perfectly fine. And it was also not far from the business district, the `` Tower '', and the airport.

Impeccably clean room, all in all had fine stay.

I greatly enjoyed how the hotel looked, great and amazing place. The staff were incredibly nice and excellent and the location was absolutely perfect to the "Tower ". Also, it was 2 miles from Tecnologico de Monterrey.

I greatly enjoyed staying in this amazingfamily-friendly hotel. The room was very pretty nice, extremely comfy bed. The location was particularly good in a safe area, short walk to Santa Fe, CDMX, Mexico and the business district. Boston's's food worked for me, it's within 15 mins walk.

The bed was nice, and in general I greatly enjoyed great-sized and incredible room. It had pretty nice bedrooms and the staff were professional and very amiable, helped me a lot. The location was unbeatable and I could use free parking on site. Santa Fe district was worth staying in.

I loved how close it was to other restaurants and shops, making it super convenient for me to explore the area. The service here was exceptional - from the room service to the housekeeping, I was impressed by the level of attention and care. They even offer a grocery shopping service, which was a great convenience. The room amenities were excellent, with everything I needed like ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. I also enjoyed the terrace and the in-room safe provided. this place truly exceeded my expectations.

Clean hotel in a beautiful building so close to malls, main bus terminal, and the "Tower ". Good and perfect location to Tecnologico de Monterrey. Also, in an unactravtive area.

Internet connection was terrible.

The rooms were nicely appointed and the beds were comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and temperature. There were plenty of outlets to charge our devices. The hotel restaurant offered tasty food for a reasonable price. We were conveniently located near a few local attractions and restaurants.

The hotel was located in an unsavory part of town that made us feel uneasy when walking around. There was no fridge in the room to keep our drinks cold.

The weekend spent at the hotel was really enjoyable. I liked that they provided us with complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi. the location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was close to all the major tourist attractions and restaurants we were interested in. The beds were very cozy and comfortable, and we were able to sleep through the night without any disturbances.

The only negative aspect was the noise level around the hotel. The sounds from the nearby construction site were pretty loud and kept us up during the day.
